Detailed Information

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. To ensure that the camp runs smoothly, the registration forms ask for all information we will need to accommodate you during your stay. It means all you need to do is to register, pay, and then show up on the day camp starts. Everything else will be in order. https://forms.gle/sAAAASUjeTMdgZpy9

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁! Each person attending, including youngsters aged 10–14 attending for free, must fill out their own registration form. Children aged 0–9 travelling with a guardian do not need a separate form, as they are assigned to their guardians’ room. For details about non-training friends or family members, see the ‘Youngsters, children and family members’ section under ‘Accommodation’ in the registration form.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗢𝗞 𝟯𝟱𝟬𝟬, provided you choose that option under ‘Training cost discount’ and ‘Accommodation’ in the registration form. The super discount package accommodation is ‘Classroom with mattress’ only, and includes food, training and accommodation for the entire week.

Training

💳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀. To make your camp experience smooth, here’s all you need to know about fees and payments!

📆 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. All training and accommodation fees for the 2026 Summer Camp must be paid by 1st of June 2026. If payments aren’t made on time, a late fee of NOK 200 will be added to your total. The late fee is not applicable to payment for extra single classes, which are paid on-site.

📤 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝘆. Payment in advance is required. If circumstances delay your payment, you can pay via bank transfer or debit/credit card upon arrival.

📧 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. Once you’ve submitted your registration form, we’ll send you an email with the total cost and bank details. Check your junk folder if it doesn’t show up in your regular inbox. If you don’t receive this email, contact us at sommerleir@aikido.no, and we’ll assist you!

If you’re travelling from abroad and can’t bring these items, just drop us a message at sommerleir@aikido.no, and we’ll sort it out for you.

🤗 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗔𝗙 𝘂𝗽𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁. To confirm your participation, training and accommodation fees must be paid to NAF in advance. After registration, you’ll get an email with the total amount and payment details.

We recommend choosing other room categories instead. If your first choice isn’t possible, you’ll get an update upon arrival, and any overpaid amount will be refunded. Many rooms with bathroom now accommodate two, so you should expect to share a room even if you desire a room with bathroom. Accommodations for health-related reasons will be prioritised.

They require a separate registration form and will be accommodated in classrooms with other youngsters, separate from adults. A Guardian Consent Form must be filled later in the registration for youngsters aged 10–14 attending without a guardian.

To accommodate for this, we do try to assist by allowing arrival on Friday the 3rd (after 16:00) or to leave on Friday the 10th (before 12:00) 🕛. However, these are rigging days 🛠️, and you will have to be flexible with regards to accommodation and possible other circumstances. 🛏️ Some wait time while we sort things out must be expected. Extra accommodation will be charged at the same daily rate as the rest of the camp.

Kitchen duties, food requirements and allergies

🍽️ 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Specify any food requirements in the relevant section og the registration form. If you have a list of allergies
or foods you cannot eat (like high-FODMAP foods), email us at sommerleir@aikido.no to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Upon arrival, don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your food list to the reception to help remind the chef. If possible, include a list of foods you can eat as well.

🥗 𝗕𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝘁-𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀. All meals are served buffet-style, so you can serve yourself and easily avoid any dishes that contain ingredients you’re allergic to. Each dish is clearly labeled with allergens and other relevant details, making it easy to make informed choices. The vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available on a separate table for convenience. For participants with severe allergies, certain dishes can be served separately by the staff to ensure safety.

📅 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. We can only accommodate allergies or other food needs if you register before the 1st of June 2026! If you register after the 1st of June and have urgent or special needs not listed in the form, email us as soon as possible so we can assist you in the best way we can.

⚠️ 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Please inform us about any special allergies or health conditions that organisers should know for your safety. This includes but is not limited to:

– Food allergies
– Other allergies
– Medical conditions, for example epilepsy or diabetes type 1

Providing this information helps ensure we can take the right precautions and support you during the event. If you have specific needs, list them clearly in this section.

♿ 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. We deeply value universal accessibility and strive to make our event as inclusive as possible.
