Sommerleir i år går av stabelen 05. juli og varer til 10. juli 2025! I år som alltid blir det kyu- og dangradering, god mat, godt selskap, og god trening!

This year’s summer camp kicks off on the 5th of july and lasts until the 10th of july 2025. This year, like all, there will be kyu- and dan-gradings, good food, good company and good training. Feel free to share this event with those who might be interested in participating!

Here’s what’s in store during camp:
𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Daily practices led by experienced and competent trainers. Whether you’re a newcomer or have years of experience, the sessions are crafted to challenge and support all skill levels.
𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:
Choose from a range of options to suit your budget—from rooms with private bathrooms to classroom stays. All accommodation types include hearty meals to keep you fueled for the day. 
𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: An all-in-one package for NOK 3,500 covers training, meals, and accommodation in a classroom.
- 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀: 50% off accommodation for kids aged 3–12 sharing a room with their parents, and under-3s stay free.
- 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀: Save 25% on training fees.

Update on the 30th of June:
Are you ready for camp?
We’re excited to welcome you on Saturday, the 5th of July!
Mat carrying starts at 13:00 sharp 
, and we’ll be in the reception to help you get your rooms as soon as the Dojo is set up 
.
Practice kicks off with Gaute Lambertsen at 15:30, followed by Tor A. Garder at 17:15.
Please arrive by 19:00 to join us for dinner.

Hi everyone!
How time flies! 
On this very day, it’s just ONE month until the Norwegian Aikido Federation’s Summer Camp 2025 at Hadeland Folkehøgskole. 
The camp starts on Saturday the 5th of July and lasts until Thursday on the 10th of July.
The instructor course starts on the 4th of July, held by the Technical
Committee, for all fukushidoin, shidoin, and all instructors – See details in the calendar below. 
We’re looking forward to a week of Aikido practice, great meals, and spending time together as a community. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or completely new, this is a space for everyone.
