    About Lisa Larsson :
Lisa Larsson is 4th dan Aikikai and teaches at Vanadis Aikidoklubb, Stockholm (https://vanadis-aikido.se). „Aikido is ever evolving, like most arts: the more I learn, the more the horizon broadens. However, I keep coming back to the relationship between uki and tori, and how to practice in a way that invites curiosity and dynamic movements while still maintaining integrity and softness in both form and connection. I started practicing aikido at age 16 for Jorma Lyly and Mats Ahlin, and was immediately caught by the depth and beauty of the art. This was in 2003, and within a year I had also found my way to Vanadis aikido club and the teaching of Jan Nevelius. To this day, these three teachers are my greatest inspiration.“
    About Sten Frödin:
Started to practice aikido at the age of 6, in 1995, and has practiced “all over” with many sensei. His main inspiration sources are Kobayashi sensei, Igarashi sensei, Tamura sensei, Franck Noel + his every day training partners.
