  – JuShinKan Dojo (thu & overnights), Hillevågveien 31-33 (parking behind building)
  – Friskis & Svettis (fri-sun), Hillevågsveien 23 (over Sparkjøp, access & parking from behind building, on roof).
• Weapons:
  There will be weapons for loan for attendees. If you travel by car, bring your own
• Accomodation:
  1. It is possible to sleep at the dojo for free (bring sleeping bag, there are mattresses and pillows available). Duvets will be available for people flying to Stavanger.
  There is also a kitchenette there with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, water and coffee cookers, and foodshops, bakery & apotek nearby, washer/dryer.
  2. Hotel / Hostel /Bed&Breakfast (more info on JuShinKan website, under “location”)
• Fjords trip:  optional, at cost shared between participants: It is possible to come 1-2 days before or stay 1-2 days after the seminar, stay at the dojo for free and enjoy a trip/hike to the fjords (and extra aikido classes). Contact Jacqueline info below.
• About Hélène Doué Sensei, 6th dan Aikikai:
  She started practicing Aikido as a 9 year-old with Christian Tissier, and is still, 30 years later, practicing and studying with Tissier sensei. Through rigorous and plentiful practice she has achieved 6. dan, and is member of the technical committee for the Normandie region.

  She is thus a technician, precise, yet her practice can be characterized as generous, joyful, yet effective.
  Moreover, as one of the few professional aikido teachers, she runs one of the larger dojos of France in the South of Paris.
